2. We the People of Papua Nations supports the launch and registration of the countries want incorporated in the International Lawyers for West Papua (ILWP) Bruzell regions of Europe in Belgium on this day January 27, 2010.
3. We the People of West Papua nation strongly condemns all forms of human rights violations committed over the land of Papua and the Indonesian nation immediately responsible for the death of the late Gen. Kelly Kwalik.
